Methodology v1.5 ships Q3 2026 — Pro accounts see it first. Peer compare displays real averages once your role's cell has sufficient verified data; until then we surface the honest sample count, never a fabricated number.
Why subscribe instead of one-time?▾
Wagecore is calibrated monthly. New AI models, price drops, and labor data change the answer for your role. The subscription pays for that ongoing recalibration. Cancel any time.
What's the difference between Team Audit and Enterprise?▾
Team Audit ($2k–$5k) is self-serve on five roles you pick — credit card, no procurement, no SOW. Enterprise covers wider scope: Department ($25k) is up to 25 roles in one department with a scoping call and CSV ingestion; org-wide ($100k+) extends to the full org chart with custom role taxonomy and audit logs. Both Enterprise tiers are sales-assisted.
Is my Wagecard data used in the dataset?▾
Only the cell-level aggregates (role × geo × experience bucket) are pooled, and only after you explicitly contribute anonymous adoption signals. We never publish or share name, email, exact salary, or company.
